about me

I recently completed my PhD at the ETH AI Center and the Seminar for Statistics at ETH Zürich, supervised by Peter Bühlmann (Statistics) and Gunnar Rätsch (Biomedical Informatics). My research focuses on causality, instrumental variables regression in particular, distributional robustness of statistical and machine learning methods, and applications in digital health.

I am currently sailing my boat from the Caribbean to Europe. I am looking for a new position starting October 2026. If you think I could be a good fit for your team, please reach out.

Before my PhD, I received an MSc in Mathematics from ETH Zürich in 2019 and worked as a Data Scientist / Engineer at QuantCo and as a Statistical Scientist at Novartis.
